Requirements:
* Strong academic background
* A desire to succeed and build a career in exec search recruitment
* A background in research-based academia or job roles would be beneficial.
* A background in finance or legal would be beneficial but not required
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to learn quick
