Our client is currently looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to work for a local company based in Corby. Reports to the Administration and Relationship Manager. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.
Main duties
* Assisting customers with orders, general product advise and handling any queries on the phone and via email.
* Dealing with sales agents’ enquiries/queries both on the phone and via email.
* Liaising with export customers for orders and shipping.
* Inputting sales orders.
* Answering the telephone and directing calls through to the relevant person within the organisation.
* Monitoring the trade website enquiries.
* Assisting with the updating of website content.
* Assist with the preparation for trade shows and exhibitions when required.
* General office administration.
* To help and assist in other areas of the business when required.
Desired skills
* SAP Business 1 Experience
Essential skills
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proven communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Must be well organised and have excellent time management skills.
* Experience of Microsoft Office packages, including PowerPoint, Excel and databases.
