Job Role – Occupational Health Specialist
Our client is a leading figurehead in the UK food sector, with an unparalleled pedigree dating back to the early 18th century. They are currently seeking an Occupation Health Specialist to support multiple sites.
Duties – Occupational Health Specialist
Lead and support the Occupational Health team on sitesDeliver health screening, surveillance, and return-to-work assessmentsProvide expert advice on fitness for work and manage referralsSupport long-term absence cases and rehabilitation plansReport on health trends and absence dataDrive health promotion campaigns and wellbeing programmesCollaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure high-quality care
Experience/Qualifications – Occupational Health Specialist
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with Occupational Health experienceStrong clinical skills and first aid knowledgeExperience in health promotion and assessmentsConfident in data analysis and reportingExcellent communication and collaboration skills
Candidates who are currently an Occupation Health Advisor, OCA Advisor, OHA, Occupational Health Practitioner, Occupational Health Consultant and Occupation Health Manager could be suitable for this role.
