GSL Education Watford are currently recruiting a number of compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to support students in our inclusive schools in Hayes. Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant: Individualized Support: Work one-on-one with students or small groups to provide targeted academic and emotional assistance. Classroom Assistance: Assist the teacher in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Intervention Strategies: Implement specific strategies to meet the needs of children with special educational needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and learning delays. Behavioural Support: Help students develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills in collaboration with the school team. Progress Monitoring: Track and report on student progress and behaviour, and provide feedback to teachers and SENCOs.
