Prestige Nursing and Care are looking for experienced carers to join our growing team supporting individuals with in their own homes and care settings.
Homecare Assistants required for Roving Nights - 22:00 - 07:00
Full time and part time hours are available.
For this role you must have a minimum 6 months experience working in the care industry. The role will also require access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
This role requires experience supporting individuals with:
Personal care tasks, this includes washing and toileting
Encouraging diet and fluid intake
Giving reassurance and comfort during the night
Administering medication
Completing documentation to a high standard
Using Prestige's call monitoring service
