We are on the lookout for a dedicated SEN 1:1 Support to join our vibrant pre-school team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting the development of children with SEN needs through engaging sensory play and supportive daily routines.
Your Responsibilities
As a SEN 1:1 Support, your main responsibilities will include:
* Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's age and developmental stage.
* Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the nursery.
* Ensuring the smooth running of daily activities while prioritizing the safety and well-being of children, staff, and families.
* Building professional relationships and reporting any concerns to management in line with our policies.
Requirements and Skills
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
* SEN Experience: Desirable
* Fluency in English: Essential (both written and spoken)
* Experience in Early Years: Desirable
