The Role
As a Field Sales Consultant in our Auto Division, you’ll manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our extensive, industry-leading product range. You’ll work across market sectors including:
* MOT Garages
* Car Dealerships
* Commercial Vehicle Workshops
You’ll be fully supported with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a team that wants you to succeed. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing new business opportunities and growing your territory
* Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships
* Delivering excellent customer service, including after-sales follow-up
* Using sales systems to track performance and activity
* Overcoming objections and consistently achieving — or exceeding — targets
What We’re Looking For
* A self-motivated, target-driven individual who thrives working independently
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, resilient attitude with a passion for sales
* Confidence to think on your feet and adapt to customer needs
* Willingness to learn — full product training is provided
* Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Full UK driving licence

* £24,000 basic salary with minimum guaranteed earnings of £27,300
