The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled bioinformatician to join our team. You will have an interest and previous experience analysing omics datasets – including single‑cell, spatial transcriptomic and proteomic data. You will apply this experience to perform cutting‑edge analyses to a range of liver disease and cancer projects across our research programme.

* Willing to provide approachable and enthusiastic support across the spectrum of bioinformatics analysis, with a focus on single‑cell and spatial methodologies.
* Maintain the highest quality records, analysis and outputs.
* Keep up to date with the latest methodologies and pipelines, applying these to our in‑house datasets and previously published data.
* Be engaged with wide‑ranging biological questions (particularly in liver disease and cancer).
* Be willing to provide training to other members of the research group.
