The role will shape local referral growth strategies, manage key relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximise patient referrals across all hospital locations. Requirements - Ultimately responsible for delivering the sales target for the region through outstanding team leadership. - Deliver referral targets for each hospital within the region. - Build and lead a high-performing sales team through in-field coaching and continuous development of sales capability. - Develop strong relationships with critical referral partners and key opinion leaders. - Create and execute local strategies to navigate complex referral systems and grow referrals in highly competitive environments. - Provide high-quality team performance reports, market insights and referral forecasts using Salesforce. - Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Clinical, and Contracting to drive maximum referrals for each hospital. - Ensure strong CRM usage across the team, driving customer insight, reporting accuracy and data quality. - Attend UKL meetings occasionally and act as stand-in for the Commercial Director during periods of absence.
