They are now looking to recruit a Credit Controller with experience and passion, to join their growing finance team in this newly created role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Group’s receivables ledger, building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely collection of payments. THE JOB: Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will have full ownership your own ledger and you would be responsible for the following key duties: Effective liaising with customers for collection of payments within agreed terms and timely recovery of debt Resolving invoice queries both internally & externally in a timely manner; to ensure payment is not delayed Agreeing & setting account credit terms and make recommendations following review Payment allocations & account reconciliations Assist with the production of monthly credit control reporting to management Negotiating and documenting agreed repayment plans when requested by a customer Management of key accounts THE PERSON: Minimum 3 years' experience in credit control Motivated, keen to develop and grow Great communication skills Ability to work to deadlines First class communication skills Proactive THE BENEFITS: Hybrid working Overall, you can accrue up to 33 days holiday (inc. bank holidays). - 21 Days Holiday. - 8 Bank Holiday Days. - Each year you work for the company you will receive 1 extra day holiday added to your entitlement up to a maximum of 4 extra days. - On top of this you will also receive a day off for your birthday!
