This company are utilising Salesforce as their single source of truth internally, utilising a full suite of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and much more!
Summary of the Position:
Our client is looking to bring a Salesforce Manager into the business to take ownership of the platform and the related Tech stack, being the driving force behind Salesforce, working alongside a developer and wider team of Admins, Developers and BA's.
Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities of the Salesforce Manager include but are not limited to:
* Be the face of Salesforce across the business, working with Stakeholders from users to Directors to understand the business needs
* Taking the requirements and designing solutions to best resolve the business needs
* Working in a hands-on capacity to configure Salesforce and build automation when needed (but not often as your team are more than equipped)
* Creating and defining the roadmap for Salesforce in the business
Requirements:
The successful Salesforce Manager must have a proven track record working in a Salesforce role where they have been both business-facing and hands-on with the build. This person must also be confident to own the Salesforce platform and related technology as well as be able to manage the expectations of stakeholders.
The applicant must also hold at least the Salesforce Administrator Certification with it being advantageous the applicant holds multiple other Salesforce Certifications

On offer for the successful Salesforce Manager is a Salary of up to £70,000 per annum as well as a generous benefits package.
