Pre‑Sales Solutions Specialist – Dynamics 365 CRM

As a Pre‑Sales Solutions Specialist for Dynamics 365 CRM, you’ll be integral to our UK sales team. You’ll collaborate with account teams to design and position high‑value solutions for CRM challenges, turning your technical depth into clear business solutions with tangible value‑driven outcomes.


Responsibilities

* Understand a client’s business problems
* Design a Dynamics 365 CRM solution that solves those problems
* Demonstrate the solution through demos, PoCs, and workshops
* Explain business value, ROI, and outcomes to decision‑makers (often C‑suite)
* Work with the Client Solutions team on building repeatable assets in conjunction with Avanade strategy
* Work closely with Avanade sales team and Client Groups, Delivery Leads, and Consulting teams, and Microsoft Account Executives on account planning and amplification of our primary Business Application priorities
* Ensure seamless transitions to delivery teams, partnering with Solution Architects
* Mentor team members and share best practices
* Infuse the Sales Plan and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth through participation and coordination of demand generation activities and company events
* Provide technical leadership: lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive briefings
* Conduct proof‑of‑concepts, demonstrations, and deep‑dives of Dynamics 365 CRM including integrations, analytics, and Power Platform extensions
* Develop trusted advisor status with clients
* Translate technical capabilities into ROI‑focused narratives and business cases
* Create compelling proposals and RFP responses demonstrating operational agility, lower TCO, and revenue growth with Dynamics 365
* Engage C‑suite and stakeholders, co‑creating success metrics and presenting technical concepts through relatable stories at the right level for various audiences
* Maintain your existing certifications
* Leverage the ISV and Partner ecosystem, continuously exploring complementary technologies


Qualifications

* Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform extensions
* Proficient in identifying and articulating business value and ROI to executive audiences
* Strong workshop facilitation, solution design, and executive briefing skills
* Ability to create proposals and RFP responses that demonstrate operational agility and revenue growth
* Excellent storytelling and client engagement capabilities
* Continuous certification maintenance and professional development
* Capability to collaborate across client solutions, sales, delivery, and consulting teams
