Are you a driven, delivery-focused Transformation & Change Project Manager ready to make an impact on a global scale? Join a leading professional services organisation that are transforming how it delivers value to its members through innovative digital, data, and experience-led change.
They’re looking for a confident, capable IT and Change Project Manager to lead multiple end-to-end business change projects - bringing strategy to life through exceptional planning, collaboration, and execution.
What You’ll Do
As a key player in our Portfolio, Programme & Project Management team, you will:
* Lead the delivery of multiple global business and digital projects - from idea to implementation.
* Partner with senior sponsors to define clear benefits and deliver measurable results.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and risks with precision and transparency.
* Build trusted relationships across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment to strategic goals.
* Champion best practice in project management, promoting agile and innovative delivery approaches.
* Continuously look for opportunities to improve how we deliver change across the organisation.

What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing end-to-end business change projects (business readiness, TOM, planning, execution, delivery, benefits realisation).
* Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM).
* Proven track record of full project lifecycle delivery in complex, matrix environments.
* Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, facilitate and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Experience of Agile or hybrid delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
