Are you an experienced HR professional who can handle complex ER cases with confidence and still keep a smile on your face? Were looking for a
hands-on HR Advisor
who can step straight into a fast-paced, multi-site environment and provide exceptional support to managers across the organisation.

What youll be doing:
Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the UK in a coaching style Handling complex ER matters from investigation to resolution Guiding managers on all aspects of HR, ensuring compliance with employment law Travelling to sites (occasional overnight stays) to build relationships and provide in-person support Supporting HR projects, policy development, training delivery, and data analysis to spot trends and drive improvements
What were looking for:
Proven experience as an HR Advisor (fast-paced, multi-site experience a big plus) Strong employment law knowledge and experience in complex ER matters Resilient, adaptable, and confident in managing high volumes of cases CIPD Level 5 qualified (desirable) A people-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships quickly
