Part time or flexible working (e.g. weekend and evenings) will be considered. You should be on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council or be in receipt of the Certificate of Specialist Training (CCT) within six months of the date of interview.
Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust appoints a consultant on a 10 Programmed Activity (PA).
The post holder will undertake inpatient clinical activity across surgical and escalation wards housing medical outliers, and lead on developing structured models of care for this patient group. To ensure robust mechanisms are in place to monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered to medical outliers, identifying areas of success and addressing any deficits in care delivery. To also provide a visible and supportive leadership role that aligns with the Trusts values and behaviours.
