Now, with this HR Advisor role, we're taking our People team to the next level, operating within our fast-paced organisation to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities
* First point of contact for HR related employee and manager queries
* Assist in the development of performance management systems, including appraisals and performance improvement plans
* Support with implementation of changes related to organisational design
* Coaching and supporting managers with people related processes
* End to end management of employee relations cases
* Communication of people policy and employment law changes
* Delivery of cross functional Human Resource and wider business projects
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role at a fast paced organisation
* Sound knowledge of up to date employment legislation and ability to demonstrate its practical application
* Level 3 CIPD qualified or above
* Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders using different mediums
* Proactive with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
