How You’ll Make An Impact
* You will set clear goals and operational objectives for your team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring business targets are met.
* Supervise, mentor, and facilitate the professional development of team members, fostering a culture of accountability and conducting regular performance reviews.
* You will oversee the execution of on-site services, including commissioning, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AGT systems.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
* Monitor and manage operational budgets for field service activities, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
What You Bring
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* You have significant experience in a field service engineering role, preferably within the power generation or oil & gas industry.
* You possess proven leadership experience, managing technical professionals in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
* Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, along with analytical skills to drive process improvements.
* Skilled in operational and project management, with a focus on quality control and collaboration.
