Role Description
We are seeking a Commission Only Sales Associate for a full-time role to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing customer leads, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Reporting to our Ipswich office, this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home on a regular basis while maintaining in-office engagement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Understanding of digital marketing, website design, and online business solutions
* Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Self-driven and results-oriented approach to work, with excellent negotiation skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software tools
* An interest in technology and web development is beneficial
* Prior experience in commission-based roles is a plus
