Hours: Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week – Permanent Contract.

We’re looking for an inspiring and commercially driven General Manager to lead Golden Sands Holiday Park and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Located in the beautiful coastal town of Rhyl, Golden Sands offers a stunning beach setting and a vibrant local area that’s perfect for family getaways or relaxing breaks for two.
As General Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and performance, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay!
What you'll be doing
1. Lead, manage, motivate and develop your team of Holiday Heroes to deliver delight to guests and owners, and fulfil their own potential
2. Deliver Park EBITDA and annual profit targets, preparing and managing budgets, identifying new profit opportunities and controlling costs
3. Ensure the Park standards meet with the expectations set out in our Operational Manuals and company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety and licensing laws
4. Create a spirit of support and co-operation across functions, to deliver an excellent customer experience to our guests and manage seasonal budgets effectively
Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need
5. Prior experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Commercial Manager or Deputy General Manager within hospitality environment that includes accommodation
6. Strong leadership skills, an ability to give and receive feedback, and a track record of coaching managers to grow in their roles
7. Commercial and sales skills, including experience of managing capital projects
8. Change management experience and a flexible open attitude to change
9. A friendly, customer focused approach with excellent communication skills
