Job Overview
We are seeking a chef to join our small team. Typical shifts will be 8.30am-4.30pm preparing a range of breakfast and brunch dishes to order.
The applicant will be responsible for ensuring kitchen is prepped for service, preparing a range of components from scratch with full training provided.
The role may suit someone passionate about food and keen to learn more or someone with existing experience working in a kitchen who may prefer earlier finishes and potential set shift patterns while working with quality and seasonal ingredients.
There is the potential to adapt the role as we are also hiring a chef working 3 nights (Thursday-Sat) and 2 mornings, where both chefs could work in alternate rhythms. We can also discuss working a split Morning and Night and then getting an extra day off.
Our evening offering promises to be exciting and varied with the opportunity to cook different cuisines with opportunities for team involvement. This will be served alongside a range of Natural and Low Intervention wines sourced from producer.
