We are seeking personable, enthusiastic, and proactive Quantity Surveyors/ Cost Managers to join our clients growing team.
Contributing to the continued growth of our business and supporting the delivery of critical UK Infrastructure projects: Nuclear, Energy / Power and Defence.
You will work across a variety of client projects, delivering best-in-class cost management and contributing to successful outcomes in line with project and organisational goals.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders involved in projects.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Contract Administration:
* Manage and administer a variety of contracts, ensuring adherence to project objectives, governance frameworks, and best practices.
* Implement contract change management processes effectively to keep projects on track.
The Requirements:
* Previous experience working in Quantity Surveying/ Cost Management (could be working client side or for a Construction Consultancy) and Main Contractor experience would also be considered, however you must have a relevant degree
* Must have experience working on projects in one of the following sectors: Infrastructure/ Civils/ Transport or Utilities, Nuclear, Power/ Energy and if Defence you will have SC Clearance
* Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering)
