The role
Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Sofia. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch/Flemish and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting our Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients with their inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Handle product and service-related inquiries, providing clear and comprehensive information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
