Job description
Neudata is looking for an experienced Public Relations and Communications Director to join our London-based team. This role requires three days in the office and two days of working from home.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in driving our PR strategy, supporting our internal communications across all offices and supporting the marketing launch of our SaaS platform Navigator and other new products and services.
This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who is highly organised, confident managing multiple projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and implement a multi-channel go-to-market launch plan for Neudata's new SaaS platform, Navigator
* Perform strategic press outreach across Neudata's business lines, including proactive pitching on news trends
* Develop new press contacts and nurture existing press contacts at major outlets and industry trade publications
* Run Neudata's internal comms (employee newsletter, corporate messaging strategy, etc.)
* Manage special corporate communications projects (Neudata's 10-year anniversary, etc.)
* Develop thought leadership and executive visibility programmes, including media profiling and speaking opportunities for CEO
* Create marketing and communications strategies to target new verticals, including AI companies that are looking for data
Who we are looking for
* 10 years of PR and corporate communication experience, ideally with experience launching new products within data-centric or innovation-driven industries (e.g. fintech or financial services).
* Experience leading and executing communications strategies across international markets, working with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
* Proven ability to build relationships with journalists/secure coverage in Tier 1 global media outlets (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, FT), as well as in trade and specialist publications.
* Experience driving employee engagement and internal communications programmes that align global teams around business priorities and culture.
* Self-starter who proactively generates and implements new ideas and is comfortable operating independently within a collaborative, agile environment.
* Excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and comfortable executing multiple projects simultaneously.
* B.A. or Master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
