Pay: £70 to £110 dependent on experience*

Who are you?
* Experience working with children, ideally within an educational or SEND setting.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting children’s needs.
* Previous experience of working with young children is essential
* Experience in supporting children with medical conditions and healthcare desirable
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND training) desirable
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to children with SEND, adapting learning to meet their individual needs.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
* Support children’s social and emotional development, encouraging confidence and independence.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to implement personalised support plans.
* Promote positive behaviour and well-being through encouragement and structured support.
