We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lister to support our fantastic residential Lettings team at Allen & Harris.

Your Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Lister, you’ll generate business daily with a pro-active approach to booking valuations, carrying out the market appraisals/valuations. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.
What We're Looking For:
1. Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent.
2. Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
3. Exceptional customer care/service experience.
4. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Hold a Full UK driving license.
