What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Commercial Property Manager
* Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance across commercial assets
* Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and associated lease events
* Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations and financial controls
* Managing health & safety compliance and statutory obligations
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing strategic advice
* Carrying out property inspections, reporting, and coordinating AGMs
What you’ll bring to the table as a Commercial Property Manager
* Previous experience in commercial property management
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Experience acting as the primary point of contact for property clients
* Strong knowledge of commercial leases and service charge management
* Experience overseeing compliance, inspections and statutory requirements
* Professional property qualification or working towards one
