Position Summary:
The Quality Control Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all incoming, stored, and outgoing cosmetic products within the warehouse meet company quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role involves inspecting stock, documenting quality issues, managing batch and expiry tracking, and supporting warehouse operations to maintain product integrity. The administrator will act as the key link between the warehouse, operations, and compliance teams to safeguard product quality and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Quality Control
1. Inspect incoming shipments of cosmetic products to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with purchase specifications.
2. Conduct regular spot checks on warehouse inventory to ensure correct storage conditions, product labeling, and packaging integrity.
3. Perform quality checks on products prior to picking, packing, and dispatch to customers/retailers.
