Responsibilities:
* Support the development of investment strategy, including market trends, priority sectors, synergy opportunities and new investment themes.
* Manage the acquisition pipeline by screening and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
* Execute M&A transactions end-to-end with a strong emphasis on due diligence, integration, post acquisition reviews, and transaction documentation.
Requirements:
* ACA qualification.
* Strong PQE in deals, M&A, corporate finance or TS.
* Strong understanding of due diligence in an M&A environment.
* First or second time mover from a top 10 practice is strongly preferred.
* Experience of corporate development in a PE environment would be an advantage
* An understanding of legal documentation or some legal experience would be an advantage, but not necessary.
* Full and indefinite rights to work in the UK.
