About the Role Were looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our retail store team as a Retail Sales Advisor. Following comprehensive training, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right products, offering expert advice and a positive experience every time. Whether they're tradespeople or homeowners tackling a project, your support will help make their ideas a reality. Part time hours available and days can be discussed at interview. We are open 7 days a week including bank holidays so shifts will be allocated by rota. Current store hours are; Monday-Friday: 7am 5pm Saturday: 9am 5pm Sundays: 10am - 2pm Bank Holidays: 9am 5pm Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent in-store service, helping customers find the right products for their needs Offer knowledgeable advice across our full product range, including wood finishes, paints, and accessories (full training provided).
