They are looking to bring in a talented Field Service Engineer to their team, offering a competitive salary and great benefits Role: Field Service Engineer Location: Nationwide (primarily between Birmingham & Scunthorpe) Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (Up to £70,000 OTE) Benefits: Company car, great OTE opportunity, all necessary expenses paid, paid door-to-door Role Purpose To deliver high-quality service support, including installation, commissioning, and pre-delivery inspections, for bespoke machinery and selected third-party equipment, supporting both external customers and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Install and commission all product lines. Diagnose and repair bespoke and OEM equipment. Provide technical training to customers and company personnel when required. Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and all internal departments. Attend meetings as required. Complete service reports accurately and in a timely manner, following up where necessary. Work flexible hours, including reasonable overtime and weekends, to meet business needs.
