Role: Project Manager - FM Healthcare or PFI experience

Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday 8 AM - 4 PM (37.5 hours per week)

The Role:
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading provider of technical, facilities management, and regeneration services, delivering essential projects across the public sector. Healthcare or PFI experience would be advantageous, as would experience working within regulated environments.
As Project Manager, you'll oversee a diverse range of capital, lifecycle, and refurbishment projects within a live Healthcare setting - ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with clients to shape project briefs, manage budgets, and lead delivery from inception through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple projects to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
Overseeing financial performance for approximately £4M in annual project revenue.
Liaising with clients to interpret briefs, agree on project scopes, and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycles.
Procuring and managing contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
Producing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring full auditability and ISO compliance.
Leading project review meetings and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
Driving value for money, performance, and profitability across your portfolio.
About You
We're looking for a professional with proven experience managing FM or healthcare-based projects, ideally within complex, live environments.
You'll bring:
Outstanding experience delivering FM or refurbishment projects (£1M+).
Knowledge of Quality Assurance systems, risk management, and H&S compliance.
HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading teams and managing subcontractors.
Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Office proficiency).
