* Leading complex geo-environmental and contaminated land projects from start to finish
* Acting as the go-to technical expert and signing off key reports
* Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and consultants
* Building strong client relationships and spotting new opportunities
* Driving high standards in risk assessment, site investigations, and remediation strategies
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in geo-environmental or contaminated land consultancy
* Proven experience in project leadership or team management
* Solid understanding of UK environmental regulations and best practices
* Excellent communication and report writing skills
* Degree in a relevant discipline (Geology, Environmental Engineering, etc.)
* Chartered (or working towards) is a big plus
