We currently have a vacancy for an IT Manager to oversee the day to day running our organization's Microsoft 365 and SaaS services, while also leading our support team in providing exceptional customer service.
The Role:
This role requires a strong technical background, proven expertise in Microsoft technologies, and a deep understanding of cloud-based SaaS solutions. You will be helping the team support over 40 sites across England and Wales, this will include regular travel to Torquay and Newport.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone with proven hands-on technical experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and leveraging these technologies with other SaaS platforms. In depth knowledge of helpdesk software and IT service management tools as well as the proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
The role requires occasional UK travel and therefore flexibility to meet business demands is essential.
