About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Analyst/Metallurgical Analyst to join our team supporting the superalloysmanufacturingdepartment. This role is critical to ensuring our products and raw materials meet stringent customer requirements and comply with external accreditation standards such as UKAS and NADCAP.

You will operate a range of analytical equipment within our department, working on a shift basis to deliver accurate and timely results that support production and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of samples for multiple analytical techniques
• Perform chemical and material analysis on super alloys in line with quality and safety procedures
• Operate and maintain analytical equipment, ensuring calibration prior to use
• Conduct testing in accordance with relevant procedures and specifications
• Evaluate results against standards and report any discrepancies
• Validate and certify test data within company systems
