This forward-thinking law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate, specialising in insurance litigation, to join its growing team in Glasgow. The successful candidate can expect to handle a caseload of predominantly litigated, defender files, ranging from EL and PL claims, counter-fraud, high value catastrophic injury files and property damage claims.
The team is keen to hear from candidates with at least 5 years’ PQE, with strong knowledge of personal injury claims, (preferably defender) and/or previous experience working in the insurance sector. Advocacy experience is essential as you will be required to carry out procedural hearings, debates and proofs. Previous experience of handling complex and sensitive claims would be beneficial.
