This post offers an exciting opportunity to become a member of the University’s IT department.
The role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Universities key IT systems and infrastructure.
This will include troubleshooting designing, delivering, and supporting systems and infrastructure, managing support tickets, enhancing the knowledge base, and supporting the systems management team operations.
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting Windows Server, Linux systems, knowledge of M365, Virtualised hybrid cloud technologies, Identity management (AD Entra ID).
Good communication skills and teamworking experience are also essential.
