We are looking for a commercially driven and people-focused Business Manager to join our team and support the growth of our catheter pouch portfolio across the renal and oncology therapy areas.
This field-based role combines relationship-led healthcare engagement with strategic sales responsibility. Working across community and acute settings, you will build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, helping support patient adoption through a referral-based approach while driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow sales and market share within your territory
* Develop strong, collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals and NHS stakeholders
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Support patient adoption with a compassionate, solutions-focused approach
* Deliver effective territory and account plans
* Analyse sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records
* Work closely with internal teams to support shared business goals
About You
* Proven experience within healthcare or medical sales
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercially aware with a patient-centred mindset
* Good understanding of the NHS landscape
* Organised and confident managing a territory independently
* CRM and Microsoft Office experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience within renal, oncology, or medical devices
* Clinical or healthcare-related background
* Experience within referral-based or patient pathway-led sales models
