Senior Affiliate Executive

Reporting to the Affiliate Manager, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven and curious Senior Affiliate Executive to join our growing Affiliates team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all inbound partner queries effectively and professionally, handling performance, payments, and other inquiries via email, phone, and face‑to‑face.
* Producing regular performance reports to communicate against agreed goals, strategies, and targets.
* Investigating and uncovering fraudulent affiliate activity within the programme.
* Proactively recruiting new affiliates across the portfolio and building strong working relationships to increase performance against acquisition KPIs.
* Keeping affiliates informed of relevant information and staying familiar with industry trends and company products.
* Taking a proactive approach in solving affiliate issues, escalating when necessary.
* Monitoring affiliate marketing campaigns and measuring them against strict compliance protocols and guidelines.
* Conducting regular competitor site analysis to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
* Managing administrative duties such as communicating new offers, sending tracking links, and setting up commission plans.
* Collaborating with our in‑house Creative team to develop effective promotional materials and strategies.
* Negotiating and managing affiliate contracts and commission structures.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Proven experience in affiliate marketing.
* Deep knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions and various affiliate types.
* Experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new technology systems.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑first mindset.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
* Fast learner with strong team orientation and a positive, can‑do attitude.
* Ownership and accountability of work with the ability to build strong working relationships.
* Excellent planning, organisation and time‑management skills.
