What We’re Looking For: • Able to demonstrate effective people management experience • Organisational skills and time management • Ability to understand issues related to working with volunteers • Proven customer care skills • IT skills and business online experience • Understanding of financial and numerical information • Experience in cash handling and online stock control • Creativity and flair for presenting items • Ability to keep up with retail trends and use initiative for positive results.
