We’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in the automotive refinish or commercial refinish sector. This role involves developing new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering growth across a defined territory. You'll report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with our technical and internal teams as well as suppliers representatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned area
* Develop new customer relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts
* Monitor customer stock and oversee loan stock agreements
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, activity, and expenses
* Assist with credit control in collaboration with internal teams
* Attend planning and sales meetings
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B field sales (automotive/commercial refinish sector preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Highly self-motivated and organised with excellent time management
* Full UK driving licence
* Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
