You will join our multidisciplinary Community Stroke Team carrying out holistic assessments of patient needs and develop, implement and evaluate treatment programmes. There is a varied caseload to support adults and older people within their own homes, including care homes.

Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen within the Community Stroke team for a Band 6 Physiotherapist.

You will work closely with the other team members who will support your development. You will have experience working within a community setting and help with the delivery of an efficient and effective service.

The service is community-based and would require you to be able to travel to various locations across HMR on a daily basis.
