Job Title – Finishing Manager – Tier 1 Contractor
Project – High Rise Residential (RC Frame)
Job Location – Mainland UK
Salary – £40K-£55K + package
About the Company
Working with a reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor who specialise in delivering high volume residential developments and commercial projects across Ireland and Mainland UK.
This project is live – structural works are finishing and the project now requires a strong finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager to oversee the internal package.
Immediate Start available.
The Role
* Report to Site Manager and Project Manager.
* Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
* Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
* Manage multiple teams of trades to handover.
* Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
* Manage and drive labour force.
* Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
* Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor or developer in ROI or UK.
* Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry or Joinery Background)
* Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
