The role
Working as a key member of the Global Bid & Solutions team, collaborating closely with the sales team to win new clients and maintain existing ones through a competitive bidding process.
The role involves supporting the bid team and wider business in managing bids and tenders by collecting and researching company information to secure opportunities and increase market share. You will play a vital role in supporting the tender process and maintaining a group Knowledge Hub.
The Bid Coordinator will assist in creating compelling tender documents. This is a high-profile role involving collaboration across our international offices.
Core Bid Duties:
* Assisting in coordinating Bid Proposals for various services, including supplier information, PQQs, global frameworks, MSPs, RPOs, SOW, and consultancy.
* Supporting the planning and coordination of bid production and delivery to meet submission deadlines.
* Ensuring bid responses are of high quality, aiming for top scores and a strong win rate.
* Communicating effectively within the company regarding bid production and delivery.
* Working with marketing to ensure bid responses and presentations align with brand guidelines.
Other Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage quarterly updates.
* Manage case studies to keep them current.
* Handle the TED inbox and escalate new opportunities.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
* Some commercial experience or aptitude for it preferred.
* Assertive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages and gain buy-in.
* Strong editing and writing skills, capable of crafting technical and non-technical content.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Team player with a strong work ethic.
This role is based on-site and part-time (3-4 days per week).
