* The successful solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven ability to manage caseloads of varying complexity efficiently and accurately.
* Responsible for handling a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Provide clear, practical and expert legal advice, delivering a consistently high standard of client care while building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, whilst also contributing positively to a collaborative, supportive team environment and assisting colleagues when required.
* Confident in using the firm's case management systems effectively, ensuring all files are well maintained, compliant, and supported by accurate and up‑to‑date records.
