Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classes during pre-planned or emergency cover lessons across a range of subjects Ensure students stay on task and follow behaviour expectations Maintain a positive and safe learning environment Support students' engagement and behaviour management Follow lesson plans provided by teachers where applicable Promote a respectful, inclusive classroom atmosphere Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff Candidate Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident classroom management abilities Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential Ability to work effectively as part of a team Enthusiasm for supporting student learning and behaviour This role offers flexible hours and can be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability.
