We are currently recruiting Registered Healthcare Nurses in Somerset for private Nursing & Residential Homes to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights and weekend duties.
As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) working for OneCall24, you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Promoting an environment that encourages the patient to feel safe and comfortable
2. Keeping up with the young and elderly personal hygiene and wellbeing
3. Ensuring residents are properly fed and hydrated
4. Assisting Mental health nurses in clinical duties
5. Communicating and supporting the residents’ relatives and carers
