Office base: St Helens. Hybrid working options available. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time role with a salary of £34,500 (FTE).
The role
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of support to the company Managing Director and Directors, ensuring that their time and focus remain on strategic priorities. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Note: For this role we are open to both full-time and part-time contracts. The minimum hours for this role are 27.5 hours per week.
The right fit
* Qualification in typing or word processing (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience of providing PA / secretarial support to multiple senior managers.
* Experience of audio typing and copy typing.
* Ability to take notes of complex information and produce accurate minutes.
* Ability to provide flexible working hours to accommodate the Directors’ schedule for events and meetings.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines and work on own initiative.
