Responsibilities
* Drive the Estates Strategy in partnership with the Director of Estates.
* Ensure all academies are safe, compliant and operating at their best.
* Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of building maintenance, major capital projects and other development work.
* Manage relationships with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain operations smooth and standards high, creating outstanding learning environments.
* Provide leadership and oversight to support the mission to transform education.
Requirements
* Strong experience in property and estates management within a large organisation.
* Ability to manage contractors and oversee projects of varying scale.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Flexibility to work unsociable hours and weekends, and significant on‑site presence.
