The firm is seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary to join its respected Probate, Tax & Trusts team in Reading, with the flexibility of hybrid working. You'll be part of a partner-led department that advises high-net-worth clients on Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Tax Planning and Powers of Attorney, providing essential support to the Department Manager and two fee earners. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence and client letters Handle incoming calls and client enquiries professionally and efficiently Open new client files and maintain accurate records on the case management system Support fee earners with administrative and organisational tasks Liaise with clients, colleagues and external contacts with professionalism and care About You: Previous Legal Secretarial experience, ideally within a Private Client or Probate department Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 60 wpm) Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word and Office 365 Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to client service What's on Offer?
