You will be overseeing a portfolio of social housing refurbishment projects, ensuring high quality delivery, strong client relationships, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of planned and refurbishment works across Hereford Manage multiple site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain excellent communication with clients, residents, and internal stakeholders. Oversee contract performance, KPIs, and reporting requirements. Ensure all work meet health & safety, quality, and compliance standards. Support tendering, pricing, and programme planning for new and existing contracts.
